All Status refers to to the strength meter LinkedIn uses to asses how complete your profile is. The 5 levels are:

Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced
Expert
All-Star

When it comes to completing your LinkedIn Profile to achieve All-Star status, the goal is to make sure that your profile is as detailed and comprehensive as possible. This includes:

Filling in your name, headline, location, and industry
Adding a professional headshot
Writing a detailed summary that highlights your experience, skills, and goals

Adding any relevant certifications or awards you’ve received.

To achieve all-star level:

Add a Profile photo.
Create a headline.
